Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation once your order ships.

Delivery Areas & Timeframes

•      Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2-4 business days

•      Other cities/remote areas: 4-7 business days

Shipping Charges

•      Free shipping on all orders over Rs. 5,000

Refund & Return Policy

•      The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

•      All accessories, manuals, and freebies included with the order are returned

•      Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is provided

Non-Returnable Situations

•      Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

•      Products returned without original packaging or accessories

•      Requests made after the 15-day window

How to Request a Return/Exchange

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

1-Year Warranty
